As we continue to grow across Florida, we’re looking for an Experienced Service Scheduler to ensure our service and installation teams are operating efficiently and effectively.


What You'll Do:

As our Experienced Service Scheduler, you’ll manage and optimize technician schedules while serving as a key communicator between our internal teams, clients, and leadership.


Core Responsibilities – Scheduling & Coordination

  • Coordinate and assign technician schedules based on skill, availability, and job scope
  • Adjust and realign schedules in real-time to accommodate changes or delays
  • Communicate updates clearly with clients, technicians, and leadership
  • Resolve conflicts and escalations professionally and promptly

Process Ownership & Team Support

  • Monitor scheduling performance and propose process improvements
  • Review scheduling data for accuracy and efficiency
  • Train and support junior team members as a subject-matter expert
  • Track scheduling metrics and help drive service excellence


What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination (lead or mentoring experience preferred)
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar)
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Typing proficiency of 40+ WPM
