AD Solutions is a Business Solutions Equipment and Service Provider with headquarters in Orlando, Florida. We are rapidly growing and are looking to add an Assembly Technician with excellent internal/external customer service and great communication skills. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity with hands-on training in an entry level position with a vigorous career track into Field Service Technician (client facing break/fix), IT Help Desk, or Operations Administration this is the job for you.
Primary Duties:
- Assembly of office equipment and technology
- Warehouse organization
- Responsible for the efficient setup of all equipment to be delivered to customer locations.
- Ensure proper documentation of accessories, supplies and equipment serialization.
- Troubleshoot failures and repairs for copier/fax/duplicators equipment.
- Excellent ability to work through remote applications i.e. email, google scan, remote data entry.
- Able to multitask data entry update and enter all new information regarding installation and delivery calls
- Work within a team and customer focus culture.
- Meet all installation/ delivery deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work of this class.
- Must be able to travel within company service area on a daily basis to various customer sites by automobile or truck or to approved training locations via company authorized transportation.
- Requires frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hands and tools.
- Use of ladders, forklifts and other heavy transportation machinery.
- Ability to lift and/or push/pull a minimum of 60lbs.
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 5 hours per day.
- Ability to use hands for fine manipulation of tools necessary to repair equipment.
- Must adhere to safety procedures, rules, and best practices.

- Ability to understand and execute oral and written-instructions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Technical ability to set up, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and refurbish multifunctional devices.
- Excellent ability to analyze information and demonstrate effective decision making skills.
- Ability to work independently and remote while meeting all deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to organizational changes and processes.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid State Driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be able to meet all employment background screening requirements required by AD Solutions and its clients (including state and local governments, municipalities, school boards, and childcare facilities).
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Any visible piercing and tattoos must be covered at all times.
- Work weeks are 5 days, Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility with schedule for extended work hours or company events and weekend or holidays extended services.
