Key Responsibilities:

  • Discovery-Driven Conversations: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, goals, and constraints. Utilize open-ended questions and active listening to gather valuable insights.

  • Consultative Selling: Position yourself as an advisor, providing education and industry insights that empower customers to make informed decisions. Customize recommendations to address specific challenges.

  • Value-Based Selling: Emphasize the outcomes and value our solutions provide—like cost savings, increased efficiency, and reduced risk. Leverage case studies and success stories to illustrate real impact.

  • Pipeline Management: Use digital tools to track opportunities and manage follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and onboarding.

  • In-Office & In-Field Presence: Split your time between engaging clients in person and collaborating with your team at our Orlando HQ.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B, client-facing roles

  • Skilled in initiating and maintaining meaningful business conversations

  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to uncover opportunities for improvement

  • Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable local transportation

  • Comfortable working both in the office and out in the field


Schedule & Location

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Primary Office Location: Orlando, FL 32805

  • This is an in-office and in-field role—you’ll collaborate with your team at HQ and connect face-to-face with prospects across Central Florida.
